Privacy Policy

We collect personal information you provide to us, such as your name, email address, shipping address, payment information, and any other details needed to process your order. We also collect certain information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, and device information, including through cookies and similar technologies — see section 5 below.

We do not store full payment card numbers. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe.

We use your information to process and fulfill orders, communicate with you, improve our website and services, and send you updates or promotional emails (you can opt out at any time).

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share your information with trusted service providers who help us operate our website and fulfil orders, as required by law, or to protect our rights.

These providers include Stripe and Google Pay (payment processing), Resend (order and account emails), Cloudflare (website hosting, storage and security), and Meta Platforms (advertising measurement — see section 5). Some of these providers store or process data outside Australia.

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site and to measure how our advertising performs.

Essential cookies. When you sign in we set a secure, HTTP-only cookie (aeris_session) so you stay logged in for up to 7 days. Your shopping cart is stored locally in your own browser, not on our servers. These are required for the site to work and cannot be switched off.

Advertising and analytics. We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram advertising). It loads on every page of this website and reports page views to Meta Platforms, together with your IP address, browser and device information, and a cookie identifier (_fbp). Meta uses this to measure our ads and to show you AERIS ads on its platforms. Meta's handling of that data is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy.

Payment providers. Stripe and Google Pay set their own cookies on our checkout pages for fraud prevention and to process your payment.

Your options. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use a tracking-blocker extension — the store will still work, though you may be signed out. You can also control how Meta uses data for advertising in your Meta ad preferences.

You can update your account information, opt out of marketing emails, manage cookies and advertising tracking as described in section 5, or contact us to request access to or deletion of your data at any time.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
