These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the AERIS website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Our products are handcrafted botanical personal care products made in small batches. As such, slight natural variations in colour, scent, and texture between batches are normal and not considered faults. Product images are for illustration; the item you receive may differ slightly in appearance.

• All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
• Prices and product availability may change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time you place your order.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Once your payment is confirmed, we will create your order and send a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will receive a full refund.

Discount codes are subject to their own conditions, including expiry dates, minimum spend, and usage limits. Codes cannot be combined unless stated and hold no cash value.

Shipping is covered in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

Returns and refunds are covered in our Returns & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our products are for external use only. Please review the ingredient list before use if you have known allergies or sensitivities, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. The information on our website is general in nature and is not medical advice.

All original content on this website — including text, images, graphics and logos — is owned by or licensed to AERIS and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, AERIS is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
